The headquarters and production base of Daviana Group are located in Shazui Industrial Park, Jiujiang Town, Nanhai District, Foshan City. Yabo has a registered capital of 100.3 million yuan, employs over 700 people, the factory covers an area of 60,000 square meters, and the production workshop spans 120,000 square meters. Daviana Group’s fourth-phase production base, covering 60,000 square meters, is being prepared intensively, and once it is put into production, the company’s capacity will increase by 50% on the current basis. As the company scales up, the improvement of mechanical equipment and factory construction has also gradually led Yabo toward a path of sustainable development. Just last year, Daviana Group spent several million yuan on introducing high-end foreign production lines. The large modern workshop of more than 120,000 square meters is equipped with digital machining equipment, capable of simultaneously processing and producing various high-end wooden products. In recent years, the annual output value has continued to maintain a growth of 20%–30% per year. This is attributed to the company’s consistent adherence to research and design, quality-first principles, and the use of the Internet to explore new market opportunities.

Daviana Group carries out integrated processing and supporting of hard decoration and soft decoration, customizes leather, fabric, wooden, copper and other products according to customer needs, and has developed a complete set of technical specifications for on-site installation structures of finished furniture. Daviana Group has an in-depth mastery of UV coating technology. UV paint is different from the PU paint, PE paint, and NC paint commonly used by ordinary furniture companies. UV coating contains no volatile substances, making the products green, healthy, and environmentally friendly. During the production process, Daviana Group uses UV technology to overcome human factors in manual operations, resulting in minimal color variation and stable quality. The produced furniture is resistant to scratches and friction.
