Material Configuration and Durability
The internal frame is constructed from oak and engineered hardboard, reinforced with metal screws at the joints. The seat cushion support utilizes a Sytex webbing suspension system, with cross-woven webbing for even and quiet stress distribution. The seat cushion is filled with 2.0 lbs high-resilience foam and covered with polyester fibers for a firm seating feel. The backrest is filled with polyester fibers and designed for upright support. The fabric has undergone 100,000 Martindale abrasion tests. The seat cushions and legs are non-removable, ensuring a stable structure. All foam meets flame-retardant standards.
