Material Configuration and Durability
The internal frame uses a composite structure of solid Javawood and veneer. Javawood is high in hardness and corrosion-resistant, and has undergone drying and insect-proofing treatment. The joints are reinforced with both mortise and tenon joints and metal screws. The seat is woven from banana fiber, a natural plant fiber that, after processing, possesses excellent toughness and breathability, and is resistant to deformation over long-term use. The backrest is also woven from banana fiber, designed for relaxed rebound, allowing the back to naturally sink in when leaning back. Because it contains no foam or feather filling, the overall structure is lightweight and fully recyclable and biodegradable.
