The primary office furnishings for TCL Technology’s workspace were supplied by our factory.

We provided TCL with a comprehensive, custom-tailored office furniture solution spanning their Global R&D Headquarters, Digital Intelligent Manufacturing Collaboration Zone, All-Scenario Smart Living Experience Hall, and Executive Strategic Decision-Making Zone. Our key product offerings include streamlined R&D workstations with a futuristic aesthetic, smart collaboration tables featuring integrated touch technology, workstations constructed from highly durable metal-composite materials, and ergonomic seating with dynamic support capabilities. By deeply integrating TCL’s core DNA—characterized by leading-edge display technology—with its spirit of continuous innovation, we successfully achieved a harmonious balance between the aesthetics of intelligent manufacturing and the demands of globalized office efficiency within a space charged with technological energy.

The primary challenge inherent in this project’s background stemmed from TCL’s status as a global corporate giant—employing tens of thousands of staff across dozens of R&D centers—which necessitates an extremely high frequency of internal organizational restructuring and places constant pressure on cross-border, multi-time-zone remote collaboration. The client’s specific pain points centered on the inability of traditional office systems to adapt to rapid adjustments in personnel structure; furthermore, amidst frequent video conferences and R&D scenarios involving the integration of both hardware and software, standard desk configurations lacked adequate design optimization for audiovisual clarity and physical compatibility with technical equipment. Additionally, global management mandates required that all furniture adhere to rigorous environmental and safety standards across various countries and regions; consequently, the client urgently required a flexible furniture ecosystem capable of simultaneously projecting global brand consistency and supporting high-intensity business innovation.

To address these challenges, our factory implemented a solution based on modular, intelligent-topology furniture systems and global supply chain compliance standards. To ensure layout flexibility, we developed a connector system that enables tool-free reconfiguration in a matter of seconds, allowing workstations to be rapidly grouped or separated in response to changes in R&D team size—a capability validated through structural stability testing simulating ultra-high-frequency assembly and disassembly cycles. Regarding collaboration support, we introduced integrated desktop technology featuring concealed signal-boosting antennas and wireless charging panels, complemented by the development of semi-enclosed privacy screens equipped with sound-focusing capabilities to effectively mitigate noise interference during remote meetings held in open-plan environments. Finally, to ensure global regulatory compliance, all selected materials underwent rigorous fatigue testing—simulating the temperature fluctuations of various climatic zones—to guarantee exceptional physical performance and adherence to environmental health standards throughout their long-term use across diverse geographical regions. The project results demonstrate that the custom furniture solution has successfully evolved into an innovative platform supporting TCL Smart Technology’s ongoing transformation; its sleek, bold industrial lines perfectly mirror the industry standing of this world-leading enterprise.
