Case Description
The office furniture for this facility—situated within the core workspace of a Daily Necessities Distribution Company—was entirely custom-manufactured and supplied by our factory.
The project’s context is rooted in the distribution company’s responsibility for managing the logistics and dispatch of a massive volume of daily necessities. Located within a warehousing and logistics hub, the office faced two primary pain points: persistent low-frequency ground vibrations—generated by the high-frequency loading and unloading operations of forklifts—which caused the displacement of precision office equipment; and a sense of spatial congestion resulting from the rapid movement of personnel during peak distribution periods. Traditional office furniture proved incapable of providing long-term structural stability within these narrow industrial partitions subject to constant vibration.
To address these challenges, we implemented a solution featuring “energy-dissipating suspension support technology” combined with a “fluid-dynamics-optimized spatial layout.” We embedded hydraulic shock-absorption modules—designed to counteract horizontal oscillations—into the bases of all workstations. Furthermore, tailored to the collaborative nature of the distribution sector, we developed a rounded, “dead-angle-free” anti-collision structural design. This furniture system successfully passed rigorous displacement simulation tests—calibrated to the extreme vibration frequencies typical of logistics parks—as well as high-intensity dynamic impact tests on edge-banding integrity, thereby ensuring that the furniture remains physically stable and safe for use within this dynamically complex office environment.
The project ultimately yielded exceptional operational efficiency. This office system—highly attuned to the specific attributes of the industry—successfully mitigated the disruptive impact of the logistics environment on workplace comfort. It not only significantly optimized the flow of employee movement during peak hours but also, by virtue of its superior resilience against industrial vibrations, earned high praise from the client for our ability to deeply discern the spatial pain points of the distribution sector and provide robust, high-tech solutions.
