Case description

The primary furniture for this Western-style restaurant—located within the Jungceylon Shopping Center in Phuket—was custom-manufactured and supplied by our factory.

The project was necessitated by the mall’s immense foot traffic, which results in a high frequency of table turnover. The steakhouse environment—characterized by high heat, cooking fumes, and the use of potent cleaning agents—poses a significant risk of causing furniture upholstery to age prematurely and crack. Furthermore, the open-plan setting subjects the furniture to severe wear and tear from physical impact, making it difficult to maintain the upscale aesthetic expected of a fine Western restaurant.

To address these challenges, we implemented a molecular-level oil-repellent technology alongside a reinforced structural design. We embedded a grease-resistant barrier layer within the seating surfaces and strengthened the frame supports to withstand the demands of high-frequency usage. The furniture successfully passed rigorous simulations involving exposure to high heat and cooking fumes, as well as impact resistance tests involving tens of thousands of cycles, ensuring that it remains vibrant and structurally sound even after prolonged, heavy use.

The project results demonstrate that this furniture collection—thanks to its exceptional durability—has significantly reduced the restaurant’s maintenance costs. Moreover, its sleek, robust design perfectly complements the commercial ambiance of Jungceylon, providing diners with a professional yet comfortable dining experience.
