Case description

All dining furniture within the main hall of this trendy music restaurant in Bangkok was custom-manufactured and supplied by our factory.

The project was undertaken against a backdrop of unique environmental challenges: the interior space is constantly subjected to an alternating cycle of high-decibel, heavy-bass vibrations and intense thermal radiation from dynamic stage lighting. This specific physical environment is highly prone to causing metal fatigue and loosening in standard furniture joinery, leading to subtle resonant noises that severely compromise the purity of the high-fidelity audio system. Furthermore, the frequent exposure to spilled alcohol and the demands of “fluorescent”-themed parties posed extreme challenges to the corrosion resistance and light-reactive properties of the furniture finishes.

To address these issues, we implemented a system incorporating acoustic damping reinforcement and photochromic, fatigue-resistant technologies. We innovatively embedded high-performance polymer energy-absorbing pads into all furniture joints to block structural sound transmission. Additionally, we developed a matte coating capable of absorbing intense thermal radiation from stage lighting while featuring self-healing properties to resist alcohol damage; this coating successfully passed rigorous simulated testing involving hundreds of hours of high-frequency vibration and cyclical exposure to intense stage lighting, ensuring the furniture remains acoustically silent and maintains stable physical surface properties even within a high-vibration environment.

The final results were outstanding. With its exceptional acoustic compatibility and visual appeal, this custom furniture collection seamlessly integrated into Bangkok’s vibrant nightlife scene. It not only eliminated the detrimental effects of resonant noise on music quality but also significantly extended the furniture’s operational lifespan thanks to its superior structural durability. The client praised this comprehensive solution for simultaneously elevating the aesthetic quality of the space and providing a robust physical foundation for the music restaurant’s professional acoustic environment.
