Case Description

All office furniture situated within the core operations center of this E-commerce Office facility was custom-manufactured and supplied by our factory.


The project’s context is rooted in the e-commerce industry’s inherent business volatility and the demands of round-the-clock live-stream marketing. The client’s primary pain points centered on the extreme localized heat generated by the high-intensity lighting and high-power broadcasting equipment in the live-streaming studios—heat that caused standard laminate finishes to fade and crack rapidly. Furthermore, given the routine overtime required during major promotional events, traditional office desks proved inadequate in providing the necessary ergonomic support for operators navigating the physical demands of high-frequency order processing and rapid inventory replenishment. Consequently, there was an urgent need to resolve issues regarding furniture material stability in high-heat environments, as well as the need for dynamic postural support during intense, fast-paced work.


To address these challenges, we implemented a “super-conductive graphene finish” technology alongside a “bio-rhythmic adaptive support” solution. We embedded micron-scale heat-dissipation frameworks beneath the surfaces of all workstations to actively dissipate heat generated by electronic devices. Additionally, we developed a self-balancing support base featuring segmented gravity-sensing capabilities—specifically engineered to accommodate the unique postures adopted during e-commerce operations. These solutions underwent rigorous testing, including adhesion trials simulating 3,000 hours of continuous high-temperature exposure, as well as precise structural fatigue monitoring designed to replicate the extremely high-frequency usage patterns typical of major promotional periods. This comprehensive validation process ensured that the furniture would maintain both a physically cool-to-the-touch surface and structural rigidity, even under extreme operational loads.


The final results were remarkable. This office system—which seamlessly integrates highly efficient heat dissipation with advanced ergonomic protection—proved to be a perfect fit for the high-pressure operational tempo of the e-commerce sector. It not only significantly lowered ambient temperatures within the core hardware zones but also garnered high praise from the client for its profound value in empowering industry productivity—a testament to its meticulous attention to the physical comfort and well-being of frontline operations staff.
