Case description
All dining furniture situated within the main spaces of Visionary Clubs—located in Pattaya—was custom-manufactured and supplied by our factory.
The project’s context centers on a club designed around a core aesthetic of extreme futurism and dynamic interplay between light and shadow. The primary challenge faced by the client stemmed from the interior environment, which features an extensive matrix of high-intensity UV lasers and high-power strobe lighting; under such intense light radiation, conventional furniture surfaces are highly susceptible to color degradation and irregular glare. Furthermore, because the space is maintained at extremely low temperatures year-round to facilitate the cooling of electronic equipment, the leather upholstery on the furniture was prone to developing brittle cracks due to the constant thermal cycling between human body heat and the frigid ambient air.
To address these issues, we implemented a solution combining photon-level light-absorbing coating technology with a temperature-resistant, composite biomimetic structural design. For the furniture finishes, we applied a non-reflective nanocoating capable of absorbing laser energy at specific wavelengths, thereby eliminating visual interference. Additionally, to withstand extreme temperature fluctuations, we developed a low-temperature crack-resistant core material featuring high elongation properties. This solution successfully passed rigorous anti-yellowing tests simulating laser exposure, as well as structural integrity tests involving rapid thermal cycling across a 30-degree Celsius range, ensuring that the furniture maintains its deep color purity and superior physical resilience amidst the club’s kaleidoscopic light and shadow transformations.
The final results were remarkable. With its exceptional visual stability and material durability, this furniture system—imbued with a distinct sci-fi aesthetic—perfectly complements the club’s avant-garde design vocabulary. It not only completely resolved the issue of visual fatigue caused by light pollution but also earned high acclaim from the client for its ability to maintain a consistently pristine, cutting-edge appearance within a high-intensity optoelectronic environment—a testament to our expertise in precisely mastering the demands of technologically advanced spaces.
