Case Description

All furniture for Beisen’s primary office areas—spanning open-plan workspaces, conference rooms, collaboration zones, reception areas, and dedicated HR sections—was supplied by our factory.

As a human resources technology enterprise, Beisen requires a diverse and flexible office environment; it must simultaneously cater to employees’ need for focused independent work while accommodating frequent team collaboration and client meetings. Traditional fixed furniture proved ill-suited for the rapid spatial reconfiguration required. Furthermore, with office locations across the country, there was a need to unify a design aesthetic that balanced technological sophistication with a human-centric feel—a challenge that standard custom solutions struggled to meet while simultaneously ensuring flexibility, eco-friendliness, and brand consistency. Moreover, the project aimed to resolve common issues such as cluttered cabling, insufficient storage, and physical discomfort associated with prolonged sitting.

We implemented a modular customization system featuring office units designed for free assembly and disassembly. These units incorporate concealed smart cable management and multi-functional storage structures, utilizing low-formaldehyde eco-friendly panels and high-resilience, breathable fabrics. Through ergonomic optimization, we enhanced support for prolonged sitting and facilitated seamless sit-stand transitions. The furniture successfully passed rigorous testing for durability, environmental compliance, and load-bearing capacity, while a unified design language and production standard enabled precise, large-scale delivery and rapid installation across the country.

Following the project’s completion, the office space emerged as a flexible, efficient environment that harmoniously blends technological innovation with human-centric design. The furniture seamlessly adapts to diverse scenarios, maintaining a clean, organized, and durable aesthetic that effectively enhances both the employee experience and team collaboration efficiency. Beisen expressed high commendation for the overall solution’s innovation, implementation efficiency, and product quality, establishing a new benchmark for office space customization within the human resources technology sector.
