Case Description

Our factory supplied all the furniture for the primary office areas of Zhuhai Huafa Group, covering the headquarters’ administrative offices, the urban operations division, financial sector support offices, executive suites, and office spaces supporting cross-regional projects.

As a comprehensive state-owned enterprise (SOE) established concurrently with the Zhuhai Special Economic Zone, Huafa Group was selected as one of the “Double Hundred Enterprises” under the national SOE reform initiative. Its business portfolio spans multiple sectors—including technology, urban development, and finance—with office locations distributed across both domestic and international markets. The core challenge lay in sourcing office furniture that not only aligned with the solemn and rigorous corporate ethos of a state-owned entity but also satisfied the diverse functional requirements of its various business divisions. Furthermore, the procurement process had to strictly adhere to the centralized purchasing protocols mandated for SOEs. Traditional decentralized procurement methods often result in inconsistent quality, stylistic incoherence, and unsynchronized delivery schedules; moreover, standard off-the-shelf furniture struggles to accommodate the Group’s high-end office environments and complex cross-regional management needs. Such generic solutions frequently fall short on environmental protection standards and suffer from sluggish after-sales support—failings that are incompatible with the Group’s status as a “Top 500 Chinese Enterprise” and the high-efficiency operational demands of a post-reform SOE.

Leveraging our factory’s large-scale production capabilities and expertise in custom manufacturing, we strictly adhered to SOE procurement regulations. We utilized ENF-grade eco-friendly panel materials and reinforced, durable structural designs, subjecting our products to rigorous testing across multiple criteria—including environmental compliance, abrasion resistance, load-bearing capacity, and flame retardancy—to ensure full alignment with SOE office compliance standards. Tailoring our approach to the specific characteristics of each business division, we optimized storage layouts for administrative offices, designed furniture with enhanced privacy features for the financial sector, and configured flexible workspace solutions for the urban operations division. We implemented a “centralized negotiation and signing” model to ensure standardized furniture production and coordinated delivery across all regional locations. Additionally, we established a nationwide after-sales support network and provided concurrent modular customization services, thereby achieving a perfect balance between a dignified corporate aesthetic and practical functionality.

Following the successful completion of the project, the office spaces across all business divisions now exhibit a unified, minimalist, and sophisticated aesthetic. The furniture—characterized by its stability, durability, and environmental compliance—not only reinforces the solemn corporate image of a state-owned enterprise but also precisely meets the diverse operational needs of each business unit. This initiative has significantly enhanced cross-regional office collaboration efficiency while simultaneously reducing procurement and maintenance costs.
