The office furniture spanning the 35th and 36th floors of the BFC Bund Finance Center—home to CITIC Wealth Management—was exclusively custom-manufactured and supplied by our factory. This comprehensive project covers all core office zones, including executive suites, client reception areas, employee collaboration spaces, and conference rooms.

As a premier financial institution specializing in comprehensive asset management, CITIC Wealth Management is dedicated to cultivating a high-end office environment that is both responsible and welcoming. Their primary challenge lay in meeting three core requirements simultaneously: first, aligning with the sophisticated business aesthetic of the BFC Bund Finance Center while reflecting the elite corporate ethos; second, harmonizing with a spatial layout featuring panoramic river views on three sides—specifically ensuring that furniture placement does not obstruct sightlines or conflict with the scenic vistas; and third, balancing long-term employee comfort with the professional gravitas required for client reception, all while strictly adhering to the new 2026 national environmental standards for wood-based panels. Traditional off-the-shelf furniture solutions proved incapable of reconciling these demands—failing to ensure aesthetic consistency, spatial compatibility, and environmental compliance—and were unable to adequately convey the stability and professionalism expected of a financial enterprise, thereby falling short of the institution’s positioning as a high-end asset management firm and failing to accommodate the unique layout requirements of a river-view workspace.
