Our factory served as the exclusive supplier of movable furniture for the core spaces—including the main dining area, bar, retail display zone, and corridors—at the Arrazuna restaurant within the One&Only One Za’abeel hotel in Dubai. As a high-end dining establishment situated within a suspended cantilevered structure, the project blends modern geometric lines with warm wood textures, imposing rigorous demands on the furniture’s structural precision, spatial integration, and commercial durability.

During the project’s initial phase, the client faced several distinct challenges: The restaurant space is defined by a polyhedral geometric structure featuring irregular corners, sloped facades, and unconventional circulation paths; this layout demanded exceptional precision in furniture dimensions and installation adaptability—requirements that standard, mass-produced items simply could not meet with the necessary seamless fit. Furthermore, while the bar, display shelving, dining areas, and corridors serve vastly different functions, they required a cohesive aesthetic identity throughout the venue; concurrently, the high-altitude architectural setting imposed strict constraints regarding furniture weight and fire-retardancy ratings. The dining area, which offers direct views of the cityscape, experiences heavy foot traffic and frequent beverage service; consequently, tabletops are prone to corrosion and upholstered seating is susceptible to wear—challenges that ordinary materials struggle to withstand while maintaining a premium aesthetic over the long term. Finally, the display shelving in the restaurant’s retail zone needed to balance visual presentation with practical storage functionality; integrating the materials and craftsmanship of these units with the dining furniture presented a significant challenge, as sourcing from disparate suppliers risked creating a disjointed stylistic aesthetic.

Upon the project’s completion, all furnishings integrated seamlessly with the restaurant’s modern, geometric interior—characterized by precise dimensions and stylistic unity. These pieces were meticulously tailored to fit the building’s unconventional architectural contours while simultaneously meeting rigorous standards for high-rise fire safety and commercial durability.
