Crown Towers Perth—Western Australia’s premier luxury landmark hotel—commissioned our factory as the exclusive manufacturer to custom-design and supply the complete range of loose furniture for its core spaces, including guest rooms, executive suites, lobby lounges, and signature restaurants. Grounded in a modern “light luxury” aesthetic, our designs were meticulously tailored to harmonize with the visual context of the Swan River and the city skyline, while simultaneously meeting the rigorous Australian standards for high-end hospitality regarding attention to detail, durability, and integrated smart functionality.
During the project’s initial phase, the client faced several challenges: the hotel required a delicate balance between luxurious texture and minimalist elegance—showcasing the expansive, airy ambiance of the rooms with a view, while discreetly concealing smart lighting systems and minimizing the visual seams where disparate materials met. Furthermore, Australia’s arid climate and intense UV radiation imposed stringent demands on furniture durability, while the various functional zones required a cohesive stylistic identity that remained perfectly adapted to the specific context of each space—standards that conventional custom manufacturing solutions struggled to meet.

We selected crack-resistant solid wood substrates and UV-resistant fabrics, employing seamless finishing techniques to ensure smooth, natural transitions between wood veneers, metal accents, and marble surfaces.
