Case Description

All office furniture within the core areas of the Dongguan Citizen Service Center was exclusively custom-manufactured and supplied by our factory. This encompasses seven major service counter zones, three 24-hour self-service zones, administrative offices, citizen waiting areas, and various ancillary workspaces. Throughout the entire process, we focused squarely on the Center’s specific government service requirements to craft furniture solutions that are perfectly tailored, highly practical, and exceptionally efficient.


As a comprehensive government service hub boasting a total floor area of ​​71,000 square meters and housing 270 service counters, the Center operates under the core objective of “entering a single door to handle every task,” aiming to create a “Home for Citizens” that offers maximum convenience and accessibility. The critical challenges regarding its office furniture centered on three key aspects: adaptability, durability, and functionality. Specifically, counter furniture needed to withstand high-frequency usage scenarios while meeting staff requirements for prolonged work sessions and the organized storage of government documents; waiting area furniture needed to strike a balance between comfort and convenience; and self-service area furniture needed to be minimalist, space-efficient, and conducive to smooth pedestrian flow. Furthermore, all furniture was required to align with the dignified and standardized ethos of government services, meet energy-saving and environmental protection standards, and simultaneously embody both a professional, standardized aesthetic and a welcoming, citizen-friendly demeanor. Traditional off-the-shelf furniture proved incapable of simultaneously meeting the demands of multi-scenario adaptability and high-frequency usage, and its style failed to align with the Center’s brand positioning. Moreover, generic bulk customization often leads to inconsistent quality and poor spatial integration—issues that would ultimately undermine the Center’s goal of providing efficient and citizen-centric services.

To address these specific challenges, we leveraged the inherent advantages of our direct-from-factory customization capabilities. Placing the practicality and adaptability of the office furniture at the forefront, we strictly adhered to the official standards for office furnishings within administrative and public institutions. We selected high-quality, eco-friendly, and recyclable board materials, subjecting all custom-made furniture to rigorous testing for abrasion resistance, scratch resistance, environmental safety, and ergonomic compliance to ensure it could withstand the demands of high-frequency government office environments. We precisely customized distinct furniture solutions for each specific zone: the service counter areas were outfitted with ergonomic desks and chairs alongside multi-tiered storage cabinets—including designated spaces for government-specific equipment—to significantly boost staff efficiency; the 24-hour self-service zones were furnished with minimalist, lightweight pieces that balanced utility with ease of movement; the citizen waiting areas were equipped with comfortable and durable seating designed to convey a welcoming and citizen-centric service philosophy; and the administrative offices featured furniture with a clean, standardized aesthetic that perfectly complemented the dignified tone of government administration. Concurrently, we employed digital precision surveying and modular manufacturing techniques to ensure that every piece of furniture was precisely tailored to the spatial layout of the Center’s four distinct floors. This approach optimized our production and installation workflows, enabling the standardized, large-scale delivery of furniture. Throughout the entire process, we provided comprehensive, one-stop services—spanning customization, installation, and after-sales support—thereby guaranteeing the utmost quality and perfect fit of the furniture.

Upon the project’s completion, our custom-designed office furniture perfectly met the functional requirements of every area within the Center. Characterized by a unified aesthetic, durability, practicality, and eco-friendly safety standards, the furniture not only aligned with the solemn and standardized protocols of government administration but also conveyed a sense of warmth and approachability in public service.
