Case Description

Our factory supplied all the office furniture for Hangzhou Xiaoshan Zhengda Textile Co., Ltd.’s Integrated Management Building, Fabric R&D Center, Product Showroom, and Soft Furnishing Customization Studio.

As a comprehensive textile enterprise integrating weaving, dyeing, coating, and calendering, the client faced a critical challenge: their office environment needed to withstand the corrosive effects of high humidity and microscopic fiber dust—byproducts of the production process—on furniture surfaces. Simultaneously, their display spaces demanded an exceptionally high degree of color fidelity; traditional wooden furniture, however, is highly susceptible to deformation and color distortion in humid conditions.

We implemented an innovative solution utilizing alloy substrates treated with a micron-level self-healing coating, paired with advanced polymer panel technology that is both anti-static and dust-repellent. While ensuring the structural integrity and stability of the furniture, we employed an optical-grade color-rendering spray-painting process to guarantee that the display furniture’s colors would precisely match and complement the various high-end fabrics on display.

Upon the project’s completion, this bespoke solution—characterized by its blend of industrial-grade durability and artistic sophistication—not only effectively resolved the maintenance challenges inherent to a textile-centric environment but also cultivated an office aesthetic rich in both taste and cultural depth.
