Our factory supplied all the office furniture for the primary spaces within Huawei’s office campus, covering a wide range of settings including open-plan R&D workstations, management offices, large conference rooms, business negotiation areas, and employee lounge and collaboration zones.

As a global technology enterprise, Huawei maintains a vast network of office locations characterized by intensive R&D and administrative operations. Consequently, the company places extremely high demands on furniture durability, environmental sustainability, and stylistic consistency. Furthermore, given the concurrent requirements for both prolonged desk work and team collaboration, the standards for ergonomics and spatial flexibility are exceptionally rigorous. Relying on decentralized procurement across multiple regions would inevitably lead to issues such as inconsistent materials, fragmented aesthetics, and unsynchronized delivery schedules—problems that fail to align with the company’s rigorous and highly efficient brand image.

Leveraging our factory’s integrated custom manufacturing capabilities, we implemented structural reinforcements and eco-friendly upgrades specifically tailored to large-scale office environments. All panel materials and fabrics underwent rigorous testing covering criteria such as abrasion resistance, flame retardancy, and formaldehyde emission levels. Moreover, we optimized workstation layouts, cable management systems, and storage configurations to suit the specific demands of R&D and office work. This approach enabled us to achieve standardized furniture specifications and precise mass production across Huawei’s global locations, delivering a comprehensive, end-to-end solution—from design through to installation—that significantly reduced the costs associated with multi-party coordination.
