Located in Tilal Al Ghaf, Dubai, Leen’s Restaurant creates an immersive dining environment characterized by a warm, natural Wabi-sabi aesthetic. Our company served as the exclusive supplier for the entire range of custom restaurant furniture—spanning the entrance, main dining hall, outdoor terrace, bar area, and private dining rooms.

At the project’s inception, the client faced several common industry pain points regarding custom restaurant furniture: the dining space featured a complex layout where distinct zones—including banquettes, loose seating, the bar, and outdoor areas—demanded vastly different furniture dimensions, forms, and materials. Standardized products were ill-suited for custom design elements such as curved banquettes and irregularly shaped tabletops, making it difficult to achieve stylistic unity and a cohesive spatial atmosphere. Furthermore, Dubai’s tropical climate and the restaurant’s high-traffic dining environment imposed rigorous demands on furniture durability, weather resistance, stain resistance, and abrasion resistance; ordinary materials were prone to fading and aging, leading to prohibitively high maintenance costs in the long run. Finally, the procurement process across multiple furniture categories was cumbersome; relying on disparate suppliers risked disjointed deliveries—potentially delaying the restaurant’s grand opening—while also making it challenging to ensure consistent quality and regulatory compliance across all furniture pieces throughout the venue.

Leveraging the end-to-end customization capabilities of our own manufacturing facilities, we developed a targeted solution tailored specifically to this project. During the initial phase, our team worked closely with the interior designers, integrating the restaurant’s Wabi-sabi aesthetic with the functional requirements of each specific zone to develop bespoke furniture pieces. For the main dining area, the curved banquettes were constructed using high-resilience foam and waterproof, stain-resistant technical fabrics, complemented by matte wood finishes; this design not only harmonized with the space’s warm, earthy, and woody color palette but also ensured durability under high-frequency usage. For the outdoor dining area, tables and chairs were crafted from weather-resistant, corrosion-proof solid wood and rust-proof metal frames, treated with a UV-resistant coating to withstand Dubai’s extreme heat, intense sunlight, and humid climate. The furniture in the bar and private dining rooms featured a unifying motif of consistent wood textures and soft, fluid lines—balancing practical storage needs with visual harmony—thereby ensuring a seamless stylistic continuity from the entrance through to the private dining suites. All products underwent the entire process of R&D, prototyping, and manufacturing within our own facilities, adhering to rigorous, restaurant-grade quality control standards. We selected eco-friendly, flame-retardant, and easy-to-clean materials that fully comply with local safety and environmental regulations for the hospitality sector. Furthermore, through our comprehensive one-stop procurement service, we streamlined the entire workflow—encompassing design, production, logistics, and on-site installation—thereby eliminating communication errors and delivery risks often associated with coordinating multiple independent suppliers. Following the project’s completion, the entirety of the store’s furniture became seamlessly integrated with the spatial design. Curved booth seating, outdoor tables and chairs, and private dining room furnishings collectively create a relaxed and comfortable dining atmosphere, characterized by stylistic coherence and unified material quality. The use of weather-resistant outdoor furniture and stain-resistant fabrics for the booths ensures that the furnishings remain looking like new even after prolonged use, thereby significantly reducing the restaurant’s maintenance costs.
