During the project’s initial phase, the client faced a unique set of challenges: the UK’s Northwest region is characterized by persistent humidity, frequent rainfall, and significant temperature fluctuations—conditions that typically render wooden furniture susceptible to moisture damage, mold, warping, and cracking, while causing fabrics to age prematurely and fade. Furthermore, as the hotel champions a “Modern British Light Luxury” aesthetic, it required custom furniture solutions tailored to diverse spaces—including guest rooms, dining areas, and public zones—while maintaining a cohesive stylistic harmony across the entire property.
