Case Description

Our factory supplied all the furniture for Transfar Group’s primary office and industrial support areas—a scope encompassing the headquarters’ administrative offices, chemical R&D zones, logistics operations and dispatch centers, the Science and Technology City’s innovation hub, agricultural sector offices, and supporting workspaces for global branch offices.

As a diversified conglomerate with operations spanning over 80 countries and regions across multiple sectors, Transfar Group faced a core challenge: its office furniture needed to precisely accommodate the distinct requirements of various divisions—such as chemicals, logistics, and technological innovation. Specifically, the chemical R&D zones required anti-corrosion and anti-static properties; the logistics dispatch centers demanded durability and ease of cleaning to withstand high-intensity usage; and the innovation hub required flexible configurations to facilitate both collaboration and R&D activities. Concurrently, the project required stylistic consistency between global branches and the headquarters, while upholding principles of environmental sustainability and corporate humanistic care. Traditional procurement models often fall short in these areas—leading to functional mismatches, stylistic inconsistencies across different divisions, unsynchronized global delivery schedules, and difficulties in aligning with the Group’s high-quality development and ESG philosophies—not to mention issues regarding decentralized after-sales maintenance.

Leveraging our factory’s core capabilities in custom manufacturing and R&D, we devised targeted solutions tailored to the specific needs of each division. For the chemical R&D zones, we utilized eco-friendly, anti-corrosion, and anti-static board materials; for the logistics dispatch centers, we selected highly durable, abrasion- and scratch-resistant surface finishes; and for the innovation hub, we implemented modular, reconfigurable furniture systems. All products underwent rigorous specialized testing—covering environmental standards, durability, load-bearing capacity, anti-static properties, and corrosion resistance—thereby fully aligning with Transfar’s green development mandates. Furthermore, we integrated human-centric design concepts to effectively cater to employees’ diverse needs for both work and leisure. We established unified global production standards and a collaborative delivery network, utilizing digitalized production management systems to ensure consistent quality across the board, while also providing comprehensive one-stop installation and global after-sales support services.

Following the successful implementation of the project, the office furniture across all business divisions now features precise functional alignment and stylistic unity; it is both eco-friendly and durable, while deeply reflecting the Group’s corporate philosophy. The furniture not only meets the specialized operational demands of sectors like chemical R&D and logistics dispatch but also serves as a tangible expression of the Group’s commitment to employee well-being.
