Case Description

Our factory supplied the primary office furniture for TrinaHome Energy Co., Ltd.

We provided TrinaHome with a comprehensive, custom-tailored furniture solution spanning their Distributed Energy Monitoring Center, Smart PV R&D Collaboration Zone, Digital Marketing Support Platform, and Executive Low-Carbon Strategy Offices. Our key products included integrated multi-screen monitoring workstations, highly flexible modular desk systems, acoustically optimized discussion units, and an eco-friendly series of office chairs. By deeply integrating the “clean energy” DNA of the photovoltaic industry with the philosophy of smart distributed systems, we created an office environment characterized by exceptional transparency and modernity—one that successfully balances the high-efficiency rigor of the tech sector with the aesthetic of a zero-carbon lifestyle.

A primary challenge inherent in the project’s background lay in resolving the spatial response conflict between the highly localized nature of distributed energy operations and the headquarters’ need for high-frequency remote dispatch and coordination. The client’s specific pain points centered on the business teams’ need for real-time data interfacing with PV power stations across the country; traditional workstations lacked the physical infrastructure to support multi-screen synchronization, and—due to the teams’ routine cross-regional video conferencing—acoustic reverberation within the open-plan space significantly compromised the accuracy of data verification. Furthermore, as a leading enterprise in the clean energy sector, the client imposed the industry’s most stringent requirements regarding the traceability of furniture’s full lifecycle carbon footprint and the biodegradability of materials. They urgently required a bespoke solution that would not only embody their identity as a green energy pioneer but also possess robust capabilities for digital integration.

To address these challenges, our factory implemented a material system featuring traceable carbon-neutral footprints, alongside a furniture integration scheme designed for multi-dimensional signal aggregation. To meet strict environmental mandates, we developed a composite board material—purified and reconstituted from waste offcuts generated during the encapsulation of PV modules—and applied solvent-free, water-based coating technologies. These materials successfully passed specialized Lifecycle Carbon Footprint (LCA) assessments and ultra-low Volatile Organic Compound (VOC) emission tests. On the technical front, we introduced a universal multi-screen suspension bracket system embedded directly into the furniture’s structural frame, coupled with an integrated fiber-optic cable management logic; this solution effectively resolved the complex issues of heat dissipation and cable concealment associated with large-scale monitoring displays. To mitigate acoustic interference, we developed felt privacy screens utilizing micro-perforated sound-absorbing technology, complemented by immersive workstations equipped with built-in active noise-cancellation modules. These solutions successfully passed simulated open-office tests for Speech Transmission Index (STI) improvement, thereby ensuring the accurate and reliable transmission of operational dispatch commands. The project results demonstrate that the custom-designed furniture has successfully evolved into a digital infrastructure supporting the intelligent operations of distributed energy systems; its pristine color palette and interplay of light and shadow perfectly resonate with TrinaHome’s brand vision for clean energy.

The client commended the manufacturer for—through a profound restructuring of operational paradigms within the energy sector—delivering an office system characterized by exceptional eco-friendly attributes and superior digital integration capabilities. This solution not only resolved the challenges of signal interference and visual clutter inherent in distributed dispatch environments but also, through material innovation, showcased the enterprise’s pioneering leadership in the field of sustainable development. The primary spaces encompass a Low-Carbon Energy Monitoring Hub, a Smart Collaboration R&D Center, a Digital Marketing Dynamics Zone, and a Zero-Carbon Executive Salon.
