Case Description

Our factory supplied all the furniture for the headquarters and various business divisions of Zhejiang Mingri Holding Group, covering administrative offices, the plastics and chemicals supply chain operations area, client meeting zones, employee collaboration spaces, training and conference rooms, and archival storage areas.

As a core member of Zhejiang Nong Holding Group and a highly influential domestic enterprise in plastics and chemicals supply chain services—with over two decades of deep industry expertise and a workforce exceeding 800—the company focuses on integrated supply chain solutions. Its primary challenge regarding office furniture was the need to strike a balance between the regional aesthetics of the Jiangnan region, the company’s ethos of pragmatism and efficiency, and the specific operational demands of the plastics and chemicals supply chain. The furniture needed to accommodate diverse scenarios—such as supply chain dispatch, client negotiations, and industry training—while facilitating the storage of materials and samples related to plastics and chemicals raw materials. Furthermore, it had to align with the company’s core values of “simplicity and transparency, openness and inclusivity,” creating an office environment that is both comfortable and highly efficient. Simultaneously, the furniture had to meet the practical and economic requirements of large-scale corporate operations. Traditional office furniture often falls short in meeting the specific needs of plastics and chemicals supply chain operations—particularly regarding sample storage and data dispatch—and typically features rigid styling that lacks the distinctive regional charm of Jiangnan. Such furniture fails to resonate with the company’s philosophy of “creating value for clients and building a platform for employees.” Furthermore, bulk purchasing of standard furniture often leads to issues such as functional incompatibility, inefficient space utilization, and delayed after-sales support—making it difficult to keep pace with the company’s high-quality development and large-scale operational demands.

Leveraging our factory’s core strength in custom manufacturing, we seamlessly integrated the regional aesthetics of the Jiangnan region—situated along the banks of the Qiantang River—with the company’s pragmatic corporate ethos. We selected eco-friendly, durable, and easy-to-clean composite panel materials; all furniture underwent rigorous testing for environmental compliance, abrasion resistance, load-bearing capacity, and stain resistance to ensure perfect suitability for the office environment of the plastics and chemicals industry. Specifically for the supply chain operations area, we custom-designed tiered and categorized sample storage cabinets, as well as specialized desks and chairs optimized for supply chain data management, thereby effectively addressing the dual requirements of document and sample storage. The training and conference rooms were furnished with modular, combinable furniture systems to accommodate various scenarios, such as industry forums and employee training sessions. For the administrative offices, we created a furniture series characterized by a simple yet grand aesthetic that captures the understated elegance of the Jiangnan style. The employee collaboration zones feature flexible, modular workstations that embody the company’s values of “openness and inclusivity.” We also innovatively incorporated embedded display features to facilitate the intuitive presentation of plastics and chemicals products during client negotiations. Concurrently, we optimized our production workflows to ensure the standardized, large-scale manufacturing and precise delivery of the furniture, providing a comprehensive, one-stop service encompassing design, installation, and post-sales maintenance—thereby balancing both practicality and cost-effectiveness.

Following the project’s completion, the office space successfully blends the aesthetic sensibilities of the Jiangnan region with the company’s pragmatic corporate ethos. The furniture is precisely tailored to accommodate diverse operational scenarios—including plastics supply chain management, client negotiations, and staff training—offering convenient storage solutions alongside exceptional durability and functionality. This design effectively boosts employee efficiency and enhances supply chain collaboration capabilities, while also providing seamless support for client interactions and industry exchanges. Perfectly reflecting the company’s core values, the project garnered high acclaim from the procurement and operations teams at Zhejiang Mingri Holding Group. They praised the furniture design for its precise alignment with the specific operational characteristics of a plastics supply chain service provider—striking an optimal balance between utility, aesthetics, and cost-effectiveness—and acknowledged its pivotal role in helping the company cultivate an office environment that is efficient, comfortable, and distinctively branded. Consequently, the firm has been designated as their core long-term partner for office furniture solutions.
