Case Description

Our factory supplied the furniture for the headquarters office space of Baozun E-commerce.

We provided a comprehensive, custom furniture solution for Baozun E-commerce, covering their Digital Operations Center, Brand Collaboration & Creativity Lab, High-Efficiency Live Streaming Hub, and Multi-Dimensional Technology R&D Workstations. Our key products included integrated digital work islands, multi-functional modular live streaming desks, acoustic felt privacy pods, and high-strength metal-framed storage systems. By deeply integrating the dynamic rhythm of e-commerce retail with the precise logic of internet technology, we created a highly modern work environment that strikes a perfect balance between maximizing brand commercial value and ensuring high employee productivity.

The primary challenge inherent in this project’s background lay in the extreme operational surges experienced during major e-commerce promotional events—which pushed the physical space to its absolute capacity limits—as well as the frequent need for visual brand transitions within a multi-brand agency operation model. The client’s specific pain points centered on the operational teams’ requirement for round-the-clock presence during critical periods like “Double 11” (Singles’ Day); traditional office furniture often lacked the necessary ergonomic support for such prolonged, high-pressure usage, while the rapid restructuring of multi-brand project teams frequently resulted in chaotic power and data cabling layouts. The client urgently required a flexible office system capable of maintaining an organized aesthetic amidst high-density collaboration, while also allowing for rapid expansion or contraction in tandem with project team sizes. Furthermore, the system needed to effectively mitigate the risks of heat accumulation and electromagnetic interference generated by the simultaneous operation of a vast array of electronic devices.

To address these challenges, our factory implemented adaptive energy and thermal management furniture technologies, alongside a quick-release visual guidance system. To tackle the heat dissipation issue, we developed under-desk energy containment cavities featuring active airflow guidance capabilities. These were paired with high-efficiency aluminum alloy heat-dissipation panels, which successfully passed surface temperature rise tests simulating full-load IT equipment operation, thereby ensuring the furniture remains cool to the touch even during prolonged use. Regarding flexibility, we introduced tool-free quick-assembly connectors and color-coded visual management screens; this allows operational staff to reconfigure their workstations within minutes—guided by a color-coded index—to align with the specific visual identity of the brand they are currently managing. To ensure ergonomic health support, we equipped workstations designed for prolonged sitting with a progressive lumbar support adjustment system. This system successfully passed a rigorous 30,000-cycle pressure fatigue test, guaranteeing consistent, long-lasting relief from physical strain even during intense, extended overtime periods.

The project’s outcome demonstrates that our custom furniture has successfully evolved into a reliable foundation supporting Baozun’s round-the-clock e-commerce operations. Its minimalist gray-and-white color palette and high-tech material composition perfectly reflect and reinforce Baozun’s deep technological heritage as a leader in the industry. According to the client, the manufacturer—by precisely capturing behavioral patterns within the context of e-commerce operations—delivered an office furniture system characterized by exceptional resilience and scalability. This system not only resolved the challenges of cable management and heat dissipation during major promotional events but also, through its highly flexible modular design, enhanced asset turnover rates and spatial utilization efficiency. The primary spaces encompass a digital live-streaming matrix zone, agile development collaboration islands, a brand art gallery, and an all-day administrative support center.
