Case Description

Our factory supplied all the office furniture for the lobby, open-plan office areas, conference center, executive offices, and cultural amenity zones within the Shenzhen Radio & Television Financial Center.

As a Super Grade-A business complex situated at the heart of the Futian CBD, this project is strategically positioned as a hub for high-end finance and cultural media industries. Its core challenge lay in sourcing office furniture that could simultaneously align with the international aesthetic of a Super Grade-A office building and the minimalist texture of traditional Lingnan architecture. Furthermore, the furniture needed to satisfy the stringent requirements of financial firms regarding information security and efficient collaboration, while also meeting the diverse demands of the cultural and media sectors for spatial flexibility and cultural expression. Traditional office furniture solutions often struggle to strike a balance between high-end aesthetics, smart functionality, and spatial adaptability; moreover, they frequently fail to meet the environmental standards and safety performance criteria required for LEED Gold-certified green buildings. Additionally, the project’s expansive scale and multi-functional layout presented a dual challenge regarding the precision and efficiency of furniture customization and installation.

Leveraging our factory’s end-to-end customization capabilities, we seamlessly integrated the Lingnan architectural aesthetic—characterized by its distinctive shading elements—with modern minimalist design principles. We selected EU EN-grade eco-friendly panel materials and applied antimicrobial coatings to all furniture. Every piece underwent rigorous testing for formaldehyde emissions, abrasion and pressure resistance, load-bearing stability, and information security. Specifically for the financial office zones, we customized confidential filing cabinets featuring fingerprint encryption, as well as ergonomic sit-stand desks and chairs. The open collaboration areas were furnished with modular, smart furniture systems capable of rapidly switching between modes for independent work and team discussions. The conference center was equipped with a smart meeting system featuring integrated wireless charging and high-definition screen-casting capabilities. For the executive areas, we crafted bespoke office suites designed to offer both privacy and a sense of professional prestige. Throughout the entire process—from 3D spatial visualization and precise measurements to rapid manufacturing and integrated installation—we ensured that the furniture aligned perfectly with the architectural space and the specific operational needs of each sector.

Upon the project’s completion, the overall space exuded a minimalist yet grand atmosphere with a premium aesthetic. The furniture not only echoed the architectural language of the Lingnan style but also perfectly accommodated the diverse office scenarios of both the financial and cultural media sectors. Characterized by its eco-friendliness, safety, smart efficiency, and practical flexibility, the furniture effectively enhanced space utilization and collaborative efficiency. This success helped the Shenzhen Radio & Television Financial Center establish itself as a benchmark for high-quality business environments, earning unanimous acclaim from both the project developers and the tenant enterprises, and serving as a exemplary case study for office furniture customization in Super Grade-A commercial buildings.
