Case Description
Our factory supplied all the office furniture for the administrative zone, multi-brand marketing center, digital creative studio, and multi-functional employee training spaces within Zotye Auto’s headquarters building.
As a diversified vehicle manufacturer previously listed among the Fortune China 500, Zotye Auto faced a primary challenge: how to accommodate the distinct visual identities and target demographics of its three major brands—Zotye, Jiangnan, and Junma—within a single spatial framework. Furthermore, traditional office layouts proved inadequate for supporting the frequent creative brainstorming sessions and dynamic team restructuring required by its multi-brand marketing teams.
To address this, we developed a “Smart Color Logic System.” By integrating interchangeable brand-specific color accents and modular components into the structural elements of the furniture—combined with fully supportive mobile bases—we enabled the furniture to rapidly adapt its visual style and spatial configuration in response to changes within the brand teams. This solution effectively resolved the issues of spatial stylistic fragmentation and prohibitively high reconfiguration costs. Upon the project’s completion, this highly flexible, customized solution perfectly supported the management requirements of operating multiple parallel brands, while significantly invigorating collaborative dynamics among the marketing and design teams.
