Case description
The main dining and lounge areas of this modern, minimalist luxury skincare store were all custom-made and supplied by our factory.
The project’s background lies in the extreme sensitivity of skincare spaces to cleanliness. The essential oils, high-molecular-weight serums, and highly penetrating chemical reagents frequently used in the store can easily leave permanent marks on the light-colored, minimalist luxury finishes. Furthermore, given the store’s high-end positioning, the furniture must maintain its mirror-like metallic sheen and the firmness of the leather despite frequent professional cleaning and care operations, preventing material fatigue that could damage the brand image.
To address this, we introduced anti-chemical penetration membrane technology and vacuum ion physical vapor deposition (VPV) technology. All custom-made furniture surfaces were coated with a protective coating with molecular-level density. We also developed specific anti-biochemical corrosion tests for skincare ingredients, passing 100 hours of continuous immersion in potent chemical solvents and high-frequency simulated skincare friction experiments to ensure that the products maintain their original luxurious texture and physical stability even in harsh operating environments.
The final results were remarkable. The furniture set, with its excellent stain resistance and lasting metallic sheen, perfectly matched the pure aesthetics of the light luxury space. It not only greatly reduced the daily wear and tear and maintenance workload in the store, but also enhanced the customer’s sense of luxury when experiencing the skin care process with its exquisite craftsmanship details. It won the brand’s high praise for the high degree of unity between function and aesthetics.
