All dining furniture situated within the primary spaces of this exclusive CEO business club in Bangkok was custom-manufactured and supplied by our factory.

The project’s context centers on serving an elite clientele of top-tier business professionals. The core challenge lay in designing furniture capable of supporting collaborative work involving sophisticated electronic devices within a highly private negotiation environment, while simultaneously mitigating issues related to electromagnetic interference and uneven surface heat dissipation. Furthermore, the client imposed exacting standards regarding the tactile feedback of the materials; traditional leather finishes—common in business furniture—tend to develop a sticky sensation in Bangkok’s high-humidity climate, failing to meet the demand for the ultimate dryness and sense of luxury required for prolonged, high-level decision-making meetings among CEOs.

To address these challenges, we implemented a solution featuring intelligent temperature-regulating bionic leather technology combined with an invisible electromagnetic shielding coating. We embedded nanoscale breathable micropores and thermal-balancing carbon fibers into the furniture’s surface finish, enabling it to automatically regulate the surface microclimate in response to human contact pressure. Additionally, to meet the security requirements of business negotiations, we integrated a specialized alloy foil—capable of blocking wireless signal leakage—within the solid wood frames. This design successfully passed rigorous testing, including a continuous 72-hour comparative analysis of surface stickiness under high-temperature and high-humidity conditions, as well as stringent evaluations of signal attenuation efficiency, thereby ensuring that the furniture delivers a premium tactile experience while simultaneously providing physical-grade privacy protection.
