Case description

All dining furniture situated within the main area of ​​this music bar in Pattaya was custom-manufactured and supplied by our factory.


The project was set against a unique backdrop: a semi-open environment where ocean breezes intertwined with the intense vibrations and extremely high decibel levels of heavy bass music. The core challenge facing the owner was that the high-intensity acoustic resonance caused standard furniture connectors to suffer rapid metal fatigue and fracture. Furthermore, the combined effects of high-frequency thermal radiation from lighting and chemical reactions triggered by spilled alcohol caused ordinary tabletop coatings to soften and become tacky within a short period, severely compromising the operational quality and aesthetic appeal of the bar.


To address these issues, we implemented a dynamic load damping balance technology alongside a deep-penetration light-curing protection system. We embedded synthetic rubber damping modules—capable of absorbing vibration energy at specific frequencies—directly into the furniture’s primary structural framework. Additionally, we developed a nanoscale ceramic coating engineered to withstand both high-temperature radiation and chemical erosion from strong acids, alkalis, and alcohol. These solutions were rigorously tested through prolonged alcohol immersion simulations replicating Pattaya’s high-humidity coastal climate, as well as structural stress fatigue trials involving 100,000 cycles under heavy bass conditions. This rigorous testing ensured that the furniture would maintain both a dry surface finish and absolute structural stability, even within such extreme acoustic and lighting environments.


The final results were outstanding. This bespoke furniture system—distinguished by its exceptional physical resilience and pristine aesthetic integrity—perfectly complemented the bar’s vibrant, festive social atmosphere. It not only significantly extended the furniture’s service life within a demanding commercial setting but also earned high acclaim from the management team for our technical R&D capabilities, thanks to the furniture’s unwavering stability and silent support even amidst high-frequency vibrations.
