Case description

All custom furniture within this woodworking showroom space was supplied by our factory.

The project’s context centers on the showroom serving as the ultimate showcase for the brand’s craftsmanship. The core challenge lay in resolving structural stability issues—set against a backdrop of dense metal grilles and stone surfaces—specifically regarding oversized, free-form marble coffee tables and display cabinets featuring ultra-narrow frames. Furthermore, a key pain point for the client was the inherent vulnerability of traditional woodworking under prolonged, close-range exposure to high-temperature spotlights; such conditions typically cause surface oils to leach out and edge banding to detach, thereby undermining the enduring sense of refinement and premium brand image required for the showroom environment.

To address these issues, we implemented a comprehensive solution featuring thermal conduction-blocking structures and high-stability mineral-filled composites. We embedded aerogel insulation layers within the internal frameworks of the furniture to shield against the thermal radiation generated by high-intensity lighting. Additionally, for large-span stone components, we developed a hidden, flexible stress-release support system. Our solutions successfully passed rigorous testing—including material anti-yellowing tests simulating 24 hours of continuous, intense showroom lighting, as well as precise center-of-gravity verifications for asymmetrical geometric structures—thereby ensuring that every piece of furniture, amidst the complex visual composition of the space, maintains absolute structural precision and a consistently dry, pleasant tactile quality.

The final results were outstanding. This furniture system—a harmonious fusion of experimental craftsmanship and aesthetic design—perfectly recreated the curatorial-grade spatial tension envisioned for the showroom. It not only withstood the durability demands of heavy visitor traffic but also, through the industrialized precision manufacturing evident in every detail, earned high praise from the client for our ability to successfully translate artistic concepts into highly reliable, tangible products.
