The office furniture situated within the core headquarters of this financial information firm was entirely custom-manufactured and supplied by our factory.

The project’s context lies in the industry’s exceptionally stringent requirements regarding the utmost security of data processing and the continuity of real-time monitoring. The client’s primary pain points centered on the intense electronic radiation emitted by multi-screen monitoring systems, and—within a high-pressure, decision-intensive environment—the postural fatigue and uneven heat dissipation frequently induced by traditional office seating. Furthermore, the dense concentration of server cabinets within the financial trading zones resulted in severe ambient electromagnetic noise at individual workstations, creating an urgent need for a specialized system capable of simultaneously providing ergonomic protection and precise signal shielding.

To address these challenges, we implemented a solution integrating biomechanical sensing support technology with a composite metal fiber electromagnetic attenuation scheme. We embedded aerospace-grade, temperature-regulating gel—featuring three-dimensional breathable properties—into the chair backrests and seat cushions. Additionally, we developed a honeycomb-structured shielding framework, tailored specifically to the trading desk architecture, designed to block external electronic interference. This system successfully passed rigorous, continuous 16-hour real-time monitoring tests of physiological pressure distribution, as well as high-sensitivity experiments assessing electromagnetic pulse shielding efficacy. These validations ensured that financial professionals could maintain peak sensory comfort while their critical office terminals operated within an interference-free environment.
