Case Description

All furniture within the PHENOM Office space in Pattaya was custom-manufactured and supplied by our factory.

The project’s context centers on this office serving as a headquarters where creativity and technology converge. The client’s primary challenge lay in the space’s abundance of irregularly shaped, non-standard walls and transparent glass partitions; this made it nearly impossible to achieve the millimeter-perfect physical fit required for installing traditional office workstations. Furthermore, Pattaya’s exceptionally high UV intensity—streaming directly into the interior through floor-to-ceiling windows over extended periods—caused conventional desk surfaces to exhibit noticeable discoloration, stratification, and surface embrittlement within just six months, thereby severely undermining the cutting-edge, high-tech aesthetic the enterprise sought to project.

To address these issues, we implemented a solution combining laser-based 3D spatial modeling with reverse-fitting technology, alongside a photochemical molecular stabilization coating system. Prior to production, we utilized laser scanners to create a 1:1 digital replica of the construction site, ensuring a seamless, interlocking fit between the furniture frames and the building’s structural shell. Additionally, to counter the high-sunlight environment, we embedded UV-blocking agents—specifically engineered for their light-refracting and attenuating properties—directly into the surface finishes. These materials successfully passed simulated accelerated aging tests equivalent to 5,000 hours of intense UV exposure, as well as multi-directional stress balance monitoring tailored to the non-standard structural junctions; this rigorous testing ensures that the furniture retains both its color purity and long-term structural resilience, even under extreme lighting conditions.

The final results were remarkable. This bespoke office system—distinguished by its near-obsessive precision in craftsmanship and exceptional weather resistance—perfectly realized the visual ambitions of this “club-level” workspace. It not only completely resolved the spatial challenges posed by the non-standard layout’s awkward corners but also earned high praise from the client for our top-tier capabilities in custom integration—a testament to the enduring quality demonstrated by the furniture amidst a complex interplay of light and shadow.
