Case Description
The office furniture situated within the main workspace of the Integrasi office in Thailand was entirely custom-manufactured and supplied by our factory.
The project’s context lies in the fact that this organization—a consulting hub placing a strong emphasis on resource consolidation and systems integration—bases its operational logic on the high-frequency, ad-hoc reconfiguration of temporary work teams. The core challenge facing the client was that traditional fixed-point power and data cabling layouts restricted the rapid relocation of workstations. Furthermore, during multi-system integration testing, the tangle of complex peripheral cables frequently created physical tripping hazards and visual clutter on the floor, resulting in a severe lack of spatial order during periods of rapid collaborative activity.
To address this, we implemented a solution featuring “energy chain” flexible cable tracking technology integrated with a concealed rail-sliding system. We embedded retractable cable carrier chains—capable of moving freely in tandem with the workstations—into the base of every work unit. Additionally, we developed magnetic modular partitions featuring a rapid-locking mechanism to replace traditional bolt-based connections. These components successfully passed structural interlocking strength tests simulating 5,000 cycles of non-destructive reconfiguration, as well as rigorous thermal performance monitoring under high-power equipment cluster operation. This ensured that while the furniture achieved maximum spatial mobility, it simultaneously maintained absolute stability in electrical connections and an impeccably clean visual aesthetic.
The final results were remarkable. This custom office system, imbued with dynamic operational logic, completely shattered the physical constraints typical of traditional office environments. It not only boosted the efficiency of inter-departmental collaborative reconfiguration by 50%, but—through its profound foresight regarding modern integrated office scenarios and its technical execution—also earned high praise from the Integrasi client for our ability to resolve complex spatial redundancy challenges using a mindset of industrial precision.
