For this charming, European-style residence located in Bangkok, all custom-made furniture and accompanying soft furnishings were supplied entirely by our factory and integrated supply chain system.

The project’s premise stemmed from the homeowner’s desire to recreate the airy elegance of European furniture within Southeast Asia’s hot and humid climate. The core challenge lay in the fact that traditional European furniture—characterized by intricate carvings and multi-layered moldings—is highly susceptible to mold growth and dust accumulation in Bangkok’s extremely high humidity. Furthermore, the heavy solid-wood frameworks typical of such furniture created a visual conflict with the sense of openness required by the “fresh and light” color palette, resulting in a space that felt visually cramped and difficult to maintain.

To address these issues, we implemented a micro-porous, moisture-resistant coating process alongside a lightweight, composite carving technique. We replaced traditional, deformation-prone natural timber frames with new, eco-friendly base materials possessing superior physical stability. Additionally, we applied a hydrophobic nano-protective film to furniture edges and at the junctions of decorative artwork and ornaments. These components successfully passed rigorous testing—including a continuous 1,000-hour high-humidity mold-resistance trial simulating a tropical rainforest climate, as well as color anti-oxidation and fade-resistance tests specifically designed for fine European finishes—thereby ensuring that the furniture, lighting fixtures, carpets, and other soft furnishings maintain their fresh, “Macaron-palette” aesthetic while exhibiting exceptional self-cleaning properties.

The final results were outstanding. This comprehensive interior scheme—integrating ergonomic mattresses, vintage French lighting, and bespoke artistic ornaments—not only perfectly harmonized the ornate complexity of European aesthetics with the crisp simplicity of modern living, but also earned the homeowner’s highest praise. Thanks to its robust adaptability to the specific climatic conditions of Southeast Asia, the project was lauded for truly achieving a seamless fusion of aesthetic beauty and effortless maintainability.
