Our factory supplied all the office furniture for Guiqian International General Hospital—specifically for its clinical and nursing offices, administrative departments, medical technology sections, and the Health Management Center.

As a comprehensive medical center—developed at a cost of 3.5 billion RMB and designed around the symbolic theme of “Setting Sail at Lewan” (signifying the integration of medical care, elderly care, nursing, rehabilitation, and wellness)—the project faced a critical challenge: the office furniture needed to strike a delicate balance between medical professionalism, infection control requirements, and the facility’s architectural design aesthetic. It had to be versatile enough to suit the diverse scenarios across various departments—including clinical diagnosis, administrative work, and patient reception—while simultaneously meeting functional needs such as medical record storage and clinical case discussions. Furthermore, the furniture was required to adhere to medical-grade standards for antimicrobial properties and ease of cleaning. Traditional furniture options were incapable of meeting both infection control and functional adaptability requirements, while standard custom solutions struggled to reconcile professional utility with the facility’s specific design aesthetic.

To address these specific pain points, we selected medical-grade, eco-friendly, and antimicrobial materials. Every piece of furniture underwent rigorous testing—covering antimicrobial efficacy, stain resistance, and load-bearing capacity—to ensure full compliance with infection control protocols. Drawing inspiration from the “Setting Sail at Lewan” design theme, we incorporated fluid lines and elegant curves into the furniture’s intricate details. We provided precision-tailored furniture solutions for each specific department: the clinical and nursing areas prioritized ergonomic design and efficient medical record storage, while the medical technology areas focused on corrosion resistance and ease of cleaning. We utilized digital surveying techniques to guarantee a perfect spatial fit and delivered a comprehensive, one-stop service encompassing both customization and installation.

Upon the project’s completion, the furniture proved to be a precise fit for every hospital setting. It not only met rigorous medical-grade standards but also perfectly complemented the “Setting Sail at Lewan” aesthetic.
