Case Description

Our factory supplied all the office furniture for the flagship campus of Hailiang Education Group—specifically for its faculty administrative offices, smart classroom collaboration spaces, International Department seminar areas, and student mentorship studios.

As a benchmark enterprise in the education sector, Hailiang Education faced a core challenge: balancing the demands of high-intensity teacher-student interaction with rigorous health and environmental standards within its educational spaces. Traditional office furniture often presents safety hazards due to sharp edges and corners, and struggles to adapt to the frequently shifting, multi-group collaborative models characteristic of modern pedagogy—resulting in inefficient space utilization and a lack of the humanistic warmth essential to education.

In response, we developed a specialized “Full-Sensory Flexible Protection System.” This system features a meticulous dual-radius (R-angle) rounding and polishing treatment applied to all furniture edges, coupled with the exclusive use of plant-based, zero-formaldehyde-added panel materials. Furthermore, by integrating our proprietary lightweight, omnidirectional locking caster technology, we enabled the office and teaching furniture to seamlessly transition—within mere seconds—from individual workstations to “hive-style” collaborative clusters, adapting instantly to evolving curricular needs. This innovation effectively resolved the limitations imposed by rigid, static functionality in educational settings.

Following the project’s completion, this highly flexible and exceptionally safe custom solution significantly enhanced the dynamic responsiveness of the campus spaces. It not only created a healthy and efficient working environment for the faculty and staff but also garnered high acclaim from Hailiang Education’s management team.
