Case Description

Our factory supplied all the office furniture for Deye Construction’s administrative zone, architectural curtain wall design studio, cost estimation seminar area, and large-scale interior decoration drafting center.

As a specialized enterprise deeply rooted in the field of doors, windows, and curtain wall engineering, Deye Construction faced a critical challenge: their design and construction drawings are often massive in scale and extremely heavy. Traditional office desks struggled to accommodate the flat-laying and frequent manipulation—such as sliding and shifting—of these large-format engineering blueprints. Furthermore, the architectural engineering sector’s unique requirement for multi-disciplinary cross-review of drawings meant that standard workstations frequently suffered from cramped desktop space and overloaded power/data ports caused by the connection of large-scale drafting equipment.

In response, we innovatively developed a heavy-duty hydraulic sliding desktop system. Paired with a high-strength aluminum alloy cantilevered frame, this system enables the smooth extension of an ultra-wide desktop while offering exceptional load-bearing capacity. Additionally, we integrated embedded high-power track-based power modules within the furniture structure to ensure stable power supply and tidy cable management—even when running architectural design software and connecting large-format drafting equipment simultaneously.

Following the project’s completion, this suite of custom furniture—precisely tailored to the specific characteristics of the architectural engineering industry—significantly streamlined workflow efficiency, from conceptual design through to engineering cost estimation. Its robust metallic aesthetic and precision-engineered structure perfectly align with Deyie Construction’s corporate ethos of striving for excellence.
