As a benchmark for classic vintage-style, light-luxury business travel in North America, the JW Marriott Chicago entrusted us with the comprehensive furnishing of its premises. All movable furniture and fixed custom cabinetry—spanning the high-end guest rooms, indoor dining areas, public spaces, and leisure lounges—were independently developed, meticulously crafted, and delivered via a seamless, end-to-end cross-border service directly from our own manufacturing facility.

Located within Chicago’s continental climate zone, the project site experiences distinct seasonal shifts in temperature and humidity—conditions that frequently lead to furniture panel deformation and accelerated wear and aging of surface finishes. Furthermore, the hotel’s design concept harmonizes a vintage, brown-toned aesthetic with a modern, light-luxury business style. Given the stark contrast between the high-traffic commercial demands of the dining areas and the residential-style comfort required in the guest rooms, the furniture’s color layering, upholstered leather craftsmanship, and structural durability all needed to strictly adhere to JW Marriott’s exacting high-end brand standards. A conventional supply chain would struggle to simultaneously address environmental resilience, stylistic consistency across disparate spaces, and the rigorous durability requirements of commercial use.

Leveraging the precision manufacturing capabilities of our fully integrated factory, we developed a bespoke, comprehensive furnishing solution tailored exclusively to the Marriott brand. Our factory selected premium commercial-grade substrates—chosen for their moisture resistance, dimensional stability, and exceptional abrasion and scratch resistance—and applied a multi-layer, sealed, weather-resistant finishing process to guard against the wear and tear caused by climatic fluctuations. In perfect alignment with the hotel’s core vintage-luxury design ethos, we executed a complete, non-standardized custom furnishing program—encompassing guest room bedding, lounge upholstery, dining booths and tables, and custom public-area cabinetry—thereby balancing aesthetic sophistication with long-term commercial durability. Additionally, we managed the entire logistics chain—from specialized overseas packaging designed to withstand transit vibrations and moisture, to the meticulous on-site installation and fine-tuning—eliminating intermediaries to ensure complete control over quality, aesthetics, and delivery timelines.

Upon the successful completion of the project, the entire suite of furniture demonstrated its long-term resilience against the rigors of the continental climate. The unified, refined atmosphere of vintage luxury perfectly complemented the hotel’s positioning as a premier destination for high-end business travelers. The project successfully passed Marriott Group’s comprehensive brand compliance audit and garnered high acclaim from the hotel’s operational management team.
