Case Description

Our factory supplied the furniture for all office areas within the Qinyuan Group, covering key spaces such as the headquarters’ administrative offices, R&D laboratories, product showrooms, employee lounges, and client reception areas.

As a high-tech enterprise specializing in water purification equipment, Qinyuan Group is deeply committed to environmental sustainability. Consequently, their office spaces required a design that harmonized a professional corporate aesthetic with eco-friendly attributes. Furthermore, the functional layout of their offices demanded meticulous attention to detail: the R&D zone needed to accommodate the operation of precision instruments; the showroom had to align with the specific brand identity of their water purification products; and the employee lounges needed to cater to diverse relaxation needs. Moreover, with office branches located across the country, maintaining stylistic consistency throughout the entire network was paramount. Traditional mass-produced furniture proved inadequate for meeting these stringent environmental standards and functional requirements; furthermore, a decentralized procurement approach would have presented issues such as inconsistent materials, cumbersome after-sales service, and a disconnect from the company’s core environmental philosophy.

Leveraging the technical advantages of our direct-factory operations, we utilized low-formaldehyde, eco-friendly panel materials that fully comply with national technical standards for eco-labeled products. By tailoring our approach to the specific operational characteristics of a water purification enterprise, we optimized our furniture’s functional design. Furniture in the R&D zone was enhanced with dedicated cable management systems and specialized areas for instrument placement; showroom furniture incorporated minimalist design elements evocative of water purification themes; and lounge furniture prioritized comfort and durability. All products underwent rigorous testing—covering environmental compliance, abrasion resistance, and load-bearing capacity—and were manufactured using a modular production system. This approach ensured stylistic uniformity and consistent quality across all of Qinyuan Group’s nationwide branches, while also enabling us to provide comprehensive, one-stop installation and after-sales support services.
