Case description
Our factory served as the exclusive supplier for the complete suite of custom furniture across the core spaces of the Queen International Hotel, Nha Trang—including guest rooms, ocean-view suites, the lobby lounge, and the all-day dining restaurant. Drawing upon a foundation of modern, coastal “light luxury” aesthetics, we crafted a furniture scheme for this landmark oceanfront hotel that seamlessly balances spatial openness, weather resistance, durability, and distinct brand identity.
In the project’s initial stages, the client faced a unique set of challenges regarding differentiation. Situated in a prime oceanfront location, the hotel features guest rooms and public areas dominated by expansive floor-to-ceiling windows; this demanded rigorous standards for furniture scale, lines, and color coordination—specifically, the ability to project a “light luxury” texture without obstructing the scenic views—a balance between spatial openness and visual layering that standard off-the-shelf furniture struggles to achieve. Furthermore, Nha Trang’s tropical coastal environment—characterized by high humidity, salt spray, and intense sunlight—poses a risk of wood warping, fabric fading, and premature aging; consequently, ordinary commercial furniture lacks the necessary weather resistance to endure such conditions. Simultaneously, the hotel’s guest rooms, dining areas, and lobby serve vastly different functions, yet required a unified stylistic theme—centered on a palette of blues, whites, and natural wood tones—across all spaces; sourcing furniture from disparate vendors across different scenarios would inevitably lead to color discrepancies and material inconsistencies. Moreover, given the high volume of guest traffic, the furniture needed to be stain-resistant, easy to clean, and highly resistant to wear and scratches—qualities that standard furniture often fails to maintain over the long term within a high-end coastal hotel setting.
Leveraging our factory’s specialized custom manufacturing system tailored for coastal hotels, we delivered a targeted solution for this project. The furniture design was deeply attuned to the oceanfront theme: guest rooms featured low-profile bed frames with clean lines, lightweight sofa arrangements, and glass-topped coffee tables to maximize unobstructed views through the floor-to-ceiling windows. Dining tables and chairs were fitted with scratch-resistant, durable sintered stone tabletops and easy-to-clean upholstery, making them ideally suited for high-traffic commercial use. The lobby lounge featured custom modular sofa configurations; their light blue and beige color scheme echoed the coastal ambiance, while all metal components received multi-layer anti-rust coatings, solid wood bases underwent moisture-proof and anti-cracking treatments, and fabrics were selected for their UV-resistant and water-repellent properties—ensuring full adaptability to the tropical coastal climate. Throughout the entire process, we maintained a consistent aesthetic foundation of blues, whites, and wood tones, ensuring a high degree of uniformity in materials, color palettes, and craftsmanship across the guest rooms, dining areas, and lobby. By managing the entire production and delivery process as a unified, one-stop solution, we efficiently aligned our operations with the hotel’s grand opening schedule. Following the project’s completion, our full range of furniture seamlessly integrated with the hotel’s coastal, “light luxury” aesthetic. Characterized by airy, slender lines, the pieces perfectly complemented the ocean vistas. Designed for long-term operation, the furniture demonstrates exceptional durability and stability, boasting superior resistance to moisture, sunlight, and stains, while remaining easy to clean—resulting in extremely low maintenance costs. The hotel management expressed their profound satisfaction, commending us for faithfully capturing the airy aesthetic of a modern coastal hotel. Furthermore, they praised our success in resolving key pain points inherent to seaside properties—specifically, preventing furniture from obstructing ocean views, ensuring adequate weather resistance in tropical coastal climates, and maintaining stylistic consistency across diverse spaces. In doing so, we established a benchmark for custom furniture at this landmark Nha Trang hotel—a benchmark that marries exceptional visual appeal with uncompromising functionality.
As a direct manufacturer specializing in furniture for coastal resort hotels, we excel in designing pieces tailored to ocean-view spaces, employing weather-resistant manufacturing techniques suited for tropical climates, and ensuring stylistic harmony across multi-functional environments.
