Case description

For this project—the SANSHI Sushi Restaurant in Brescia, Italy—all dining furniture throughout the entire venue—including dining tables, upholstered chairs, wall-mounted banquettes, sushi bar stools, and tasting counters—was fully custom-manufactured and supplied by our factory.

The project features a high-end, “light luxury” fusion dining space characterized by extensive reflective surfaces and three-dimensional metal structures. During the initial planning stages, the client faced significant implementation challenges: standard off-the-shelf furniture dimensions could not accommodate the space’s long, narrow circulation paths or its staggered seating layout. Furthermore, standard furniture materials—specifically the metal finishes, luxury stone elements, and upholstery color palettes—failed to align with the space’s sophisticated, futuristic design aesthetic. Given the high-frequency usage typical of a premium dining environment, ordinary furniture would be prone to issues such as tabletop scratches, fabric wear, and structural deformation. Moreover, the space’s abundance of reflective surfaces would inevitably magnify any imperfections in furniture craftsmanship. As a cross-border project, the demands for customization precision, color consistency control, and on-site assembly tolerance were exceptionally high; conventional supply chains would have been incapable of accurately translating the design aesthetics into reality, nor could they have simultaneously met the requirements for both a premium dining experience and long-term commercial operational durability.

To address these implementation hurdles, we developed a comprehensive, integrated customization solution centered on the project’s core “light luxury” design ethos. We conducted a thorough on-site survey of the space’s circulation paths and the boundaries of its reflective surfaces to precisely calibrate the dimensions and profiles of every furniture piece. We established a unified system for the color and texture of all furniture elements—including metal finishes, stone countertops, and upholstery fabrics—to ensure spatial harmony. We carefully selected high-density, abrasion-resistant stone for countertops and scratch-resistant metal alloys for structural bases, subjecting them to rigorous testing to ensure resistance against fingerprints and liquid penetration, as well as structural stability and durability. We optimized the ergonomic contours of the seating and calibrated the dining heights to ensure maximum comfort. Finally, we seamlessly integrated the entire supply chain—from raw material sourcing and custom manufacturing to cross-border logistics and precise, flawless on-site installation—ensuring that the furniture blended perfectly with the space’s reflective surfaces and metal architectural elements.

Upon the completion of the furniture installation, the space’s sophisticated and high-end atmosphere was fully realized. The custom-designed furniture fits perfectly within every section of the venue, facilitating a fluid and logical circulation layout. The abrasion-resistant and protective finishes are fully capable of meeting the demands of the restaurant’s continuous, high-volume premium service operations, while also ensuring ease of daily cleaning and maintenance, thereby preserving both the aesthetic quality and structural integrity of the furniture over the long term. The client highly commended our end-to-end customized procurement service, noting that we precisely realized the “light luxury” aesthetic envisioned in the design scheme. We successfully struck a balance between the visual texture of the soft furnishings, the high-end dining experience, and the practical requirements of commercial operations. Our integrated service effectively resolved the various precision-related challenges inherent in implementing soft furnishings for high-end overseas dining establishments, thereby successfully fulfilling all requirements for the store’s complete soft furnishing delivery.
