Case Description

Our factory supplied all the furniture for the primary clinical and administrative areas of the Jiangxi Provincial Maternal and Child Health Hospital, covering medical staff offices, nurses’ stations, consultation rooms, administrative offices, and children’s waiting areas.

As a specialized maternal and child healthcare institution, the hospital experiences high foot traffic and intensive utilization of its office and clinical support spaces. Consequently, there are stringent requirements regarding the eco-friendliness, antimicrobial properties, and ease of cleaning of its furniture. Traditional office furniture materials often retain stains and contain elevated levels of formaldehyde—making them unsuitable for the sensitive constitutions of the maternal and pediatric populations—while a piecemeal approach to furnishing various areas can lead to stylistic inconsistencies, insufficient durability, and difficulties in long-term maintenance.

Addressing the specific demands of the clinical environment, we utilized odorless, low-formaldehyde eco-friendly panel materials paired with antimicrobial, easy-to-clean surface finishes. All products underwent rigorous testing for environmental compliance, abrasion resistance, and stain resistance. Our structural designs feature rounded edges and corners to eliminate the risk of accidental bumps and injuries. Furthermore, we optimized storage solutions and workstation functionality based on the workflow patterns of the medical staff, thereby achieving a standardized, custom furniture solution for the entire hospital—complete with a comprehensive one-stop service encompassing production, delivery, and installation.

Since the project’s completion and commissioning, the hospital’s interior spaces have become notably tidy and safe. The furniture is eco-friendly, comfortable, and facilitates easy daily cleaning and disinfection, effectively enhancing both medical staff efficiency and the overall comfort of the patient environment.
