Case description

For this project—the Par Bar 3 restaurant and bar in Kyiv, Ukraine—all dining furniture throughout the entire venue was fully custom-manufactured and supplied by our factory.

The venue’s original design concept centered on natural solid wood, rugged architectural structures, and interior greenery. However, the client faced significant challenges during the initial implementation phase: standard off-the-shelf furniture available on the market failed to match the space’s specific wood grain textures and rustic, natural aesthetic. Furthermore, the complex arrangement of on-site beams and columns meant that standard furniture dimensions could not be seamlessly integrated into the venue’s circulation layout. Additionally, the space serves a dual function—accommodating family dining during the day and social drinking at night—requiring furniture with exceptional durability. Ordinary furniture lacks sufficient resistance to wear and tear; under long-term, high-frequency use, it is prone to issues such as wood grain cracking and structural deformation. Moreover, the inability of standard materials to accurately replicate the authentic texture of natural wood made it difficult to harmonize the soft furnishings with the venue’s original architectural aesthetic. Finally, the fragmented nature of overseas supply chains made it difficult to manage production timelines, hindering the successful realization of the designer’s vision for a natural, rustic interior.

To address these challenges, we developed a comprehensive, integrated custom solution aligned with the project’s original design language. We precisely calibrated the dimensions of our entire furniture range to match the space’s specific wood grain textures and on-site architectural structures. We optimized the spacing and layout proportions of the dining areas, bar counters, and scattered seating zones to ensure smooth pedestrian flow. We selected highly stable, natural solid wood as our primary material base, employing specialized aging and weathering techniques to authentically replicate the patina of time. Concurrently, we reinforced the structural integrity of the furniture to ensure load-bearing capacity and applied advanced surface treatments to provide resistance against moisture, abrasion, and the corrosive effects of daily food and beverage spills. Our designs successfully balanced ergonomic comfort with the practical operational demands of a multi-functional venue. We managed the entire process—from raw material sourcing and custom manufacturing to cross-border logistics and on-site precision installation—seamlessly integrating the furniture with the venue’s greenery and rugged architectural textures to achieve a natural, harmonious fusion between the furnishings and the built environment.

Upon the completion of the furniture installation, the venue’s intended atmosphere—natural, rustic, and authentic—was fully realized. The custom-made furniture achieved a high degree of visual and textural unity with the venue’s original architectural materials, while the internal circulation flow remained fluid and logical. The structural reinforcements and protective surface treatments proved perfectly suited to the demands of the venue’s intensive, round-the-clock operations, ensuring ease of daily maintenance and significantly extending the furniture’s service life. The client expressed high satisfaction with the results of our custom service, commending us for accurately capturing the core natural aesthetic of the original design concept. They noted that we successfully balanced the aesthetic expression of the furniture with the practical operational requirements of a dining establishment, delivering a comprehensive procurement service that was both hassle-free and highly efficient, thereby successfully fulfilling all the venue’s soft furnishing requirements.
