Through a profound restructuring of both brand visuals and workplace efficiency, we delivered a comprehensive, fully customized furniture solution for the POLY VOLY Office—one characterized by striking chromatic tension and geometric aesthetics.

As a brand dedicated to cutting-edge aesthetics, POLY VOLY mandated that its headquarters serve as a “physical manifestation of the brand’s multidimensional color palette.” The client’s core pain points stemmed from two issues: first, traditional office furniture color schemes were overly monochromatic and failed to achieve visual harmony with the space’s expansive use of “Avant-Garde Orange,” iridescent acrylics, and minimalist white; second, given that their business units involve extensive creative planning and live-streaming collaboration, standard fixed furniture proved inadequate for supporting the frequent, cross-team “lightning-fast” communication required, resulting in strained space utilization during periods of intense creative output.

Our solution involved implementing a system of high-saturation, precision-calibrated colors combined with flexible modular units. For the uniquely shaped linear workstations and semi-open discussion pods featured in the accompanying images, we employed an automotive-grade precision-painting process to ensure that the furniture’s orange finishes achieved a zero-deviation color match with the brand’s official standard hue. To address the flexibility challenge, we designed modular collaboration tables equipped with concealed power tracks; these table clusters can be instantly expanded or reconfigured to accommodate the fluctuating headcount of various project teams. Regarding acoustic control, we utilized custom-designed curved furniture screens to serve as visual dividers—a strategy that preserves the open space’s sense of airiness while simultaneously creating the immersive creative zones essential for the design team.
